Sartaj S Bedi is a consultant and has been part of this industry for now about 15 years. He has worked in various positions in restaurant and have played an active roles in restaurant strategy, operations, menu design and development, quality and more. He has the depth , insights and broad based knowledge to assist anyone who is starting out and to those who are well entrenched.
Sartaj Bedi follows a process approach to view the restaurant business. The key benefit being that enables him to identify that the current problem may have contributing factors upstream or in the reverse create a quality plan to integrate with all aspects of the restaurant and kitchen. This holistic view of the restaurant allows his client to make strategic shift in the way the restaurant runs.
