Use a proven framework of ISO 9000 . Quality using ISO 9000 is not about using off the shelf canned tomatoes. Quality in restaurant and kitchen is about commitment and communication.
First the restaurant makes the commitment to improve and to be best it can be. Then the restaurant must communicate the information that every one needs so that they can fulfill their commitment.
